Hotel Room Reservations: 

Should you need a hotel room in Denver, the cut-off date for guaranteed availability at the amazing discounted rate is December 12, 2007.  After this date, availability and rates cannot be guaranteed! Please see hotel information for rates and contact info!

Material Handling

Advanced Shipments accepted at the warehouse from December 4th, 2007 to January 2^nd, 2008.

Late fees apply after December 27, 2007

Brede Exhibitor Services

All discounted pricing is available ONLY until 12/21/07.

This includes services and items such as tables, draping, booth furnishings, carpet, booth cleaning, perfboard/tackboard, signs, exhibit rentals and specialty furniture.  Please refer to your Exhibitor Kit.

Application to use non-official contractor needs to be submitted by 12/4/07

Labor requests should be received by 12/31/07.  After that, 20% surcharge will apply.

Labor would be required for forklift needs, hanging signs, etc.

All drivers must be checked into Brede Service/Freight Desk by Monday January 7^th at 8am or freight will be re-routed.

Spectrum Audio Visual

AV orders should be in 12/21/07.  After that, 10% will be added.  Please refer to your Exhibitor Kit for details.

Colorado Convention Center

Orders for the Colorado Convention Center should be submitted prior to 12/19/07 to receive a 20% discount. 

Colorado Convention Center manages requests for items such as electricity, telephone, cable TV services, internet access, air, water or drainage.  Please refer to your Exhibitor Kit for details.
